Dr Feven Birara Tesfaye is an Ethiopian plastic and reconstructive surgeon, founder, entrepreneur, and international business and investment executive with experience spanning healthcare, cross-border trade, strategic partnerships, sourcing, manufacturing and investment development.
She completed her medical education and postgraduate surgical training in China, with clinical experience across plastic, reconstructive, aesthetic, burn and trauma surgery. Through Birara Dragon Bridge, she develops cross-border partnerships between manufacturers, healthcare institutions, private companies, investors and public-sector stakeholders.
Her work includes healthcare projects, medical technologies, international trade, manufacturing partnerships, construction and building-material procurement, market-entry strategy, investment facilitation and business development.
